Because every product here is a digital download, all sales are final — I don't offer refunds or returns. The moment you check out, the files are yours to keep and use forever, so there's nothing to send back.

These are instant-download spreadsheets and templates. Once a file has been downloaded, I can't "un-sell" it the way a physical product gets shipped back. Keeping a strict no-refund policy is what lets me price these fairly instead of building return losses into the cost.

This is where I've got you. If a download won't open, a formula's acting up, or you're stuck figuring out how something works, reach out and I'll personally help you get it sorted. I built these systems myself, so there's no support script — just me making sure the product actually works for you.
